Are you an experienced and compassionate leader ready to build something truly special from the ground up?

We are supporting one of our clients seeking an exceptional Registered Children's Home Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new, purpose-built children's home in Bicester. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from its very beginning, establishing a nurturing, trauma-informed environment for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Our client is a newly established provider with a clear vision: to create a safe, stable home where children feel valued, achieve their potential and thrive. As the founding Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, standards and future growth of the organisation, with genuine progression opportunities to more senior roles as the company expands.

You will lead a holistic, person-centred service promoting emotional wellbeing, independence and positive outcomes, supported by a range of wellbeing, physical and sensory-based activities tailored to individual needs.

The Role

Managing budgets, resources and rotas effectively

Overseeing care planning, EHCP-linked outcomes and individual support strategies

Building strong relationships with families, education providers, health professionals and local authorities

Maintaining regulatory reporting, including Reg 44/45, notifications to Ofsted and internal audits

Participating in the on-call rota
