We are seeking a dynamic and creative IT and Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, engaging with our community through various social media platforms, and supporting public relations initiatives. The candidate will also help the team with IT issues, manage all our online platforms and systems we use, manage our cybersecurity. Implement and create new ideas to help stream line our process with technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your IT skills to enhance our brand visibility and service. This position is for someone who is creative, has lots of energy, ambitious, thinks outside of the box to help our company grow.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the web and LinkedIn.
Create compelling content including posts, images, videos, and articles that align with brand messaging, analyse social media metrics, stay up to date with social media trends.
Must be tech savy! Assist all our staff with IT issues, understands all our systems we use and how they can best benefit our company.
Create systems which will help streamline our processes to make it easier for us.
Manage our cybersecurity and firewalls.
Protect our data in compliance with data protection laws and CQC compliance.
Be competent to train staff on data protection and cybersecurity.
Maintain our data input systems.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management and digital communication to keep the organisation at the forefront of industry developments.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
Excellent IT skills.
Good at training staff and can put their own training schedule together.
Good at managing their own workload.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for the company.
Organised with strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in an IT role is essential in the UK. This role offers a fantastic platform for a motivated individual eager to develop their career in digital communication and IT while contributing meaningfully to organisational growth.
