Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
You will join an innovative digital community, working closely within a small, dynamic team to support the Digital Attraction & Engagement Manager in delivering exceptional communications and strategic outreach to a wide and varied audience.
You will play a key role in helping us build understanding of, and engagement with, our DVLA Digital brand across internal and external stakeholders.
A core part of your role will focus on enhancing employee engagement and improving the employee experience through clear, creative and compelling communications that bring our digital work to life.
You will help us promote DVLA as a digital employer of choice, developing content that showcases our people and culture and representing the agency at targeted recruitment and networking events.
Through content creation, exciting design work, and support for internal and external events, you will be at the forefront of our digital journey — helping ensure colleagues feel informed, involved and inspired.
You will gain first-hand experience of what it takes to succeed in a communications and engagement role within a large government organisation, developing the essential skills needed to become a confident professional.
