Personal Assistant required to support a 6-year-old boy with a physical disability.

Living near Newquay

Personal Assistant to support family outings and be able to use their own initiative to provide stimulating and interacting play time activities within the family home.

Personal care required.

Epilepsy awareness training, basic life support training and moving & handling training is required and will be arranged by the employer prior to personal assistant starting to provide support.

Flexible hours with some weekends and school holidays.

£12.60 an hour plus mileage. Business Class insurance will be required.

The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
