Main duties of the job The Chief Executive will: Provide visible, values led strategic leadership for the Trust. Ensure delivery of high quality, safe, integrated and sustainable services. Lead organisational strategy, transformation and operational performance. Maintain strong clinical governance, quality and safety oversight. Engage and support our workforce, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and belonging. Build effective partnerships across the Integrated Care System and wider stakeholders. Ensure robust governance, financial stewardship and accountability to the Board.
