You will be able to compile a comprehensive and chronological medical summary from the patient record and input this into the patient computer records utilising the Good Practice guidelines. The successful candidate will have a clinical coding background and have previous experience of working in a clinical setting or experience of using clinical coding systems such as Systemone or EMIS
