All about the Role
This is a new role for someone who loves organising, keeping things on track, and helping Adult Social Care improve how we work with people. You'll support the Principal Social Worker and the Quality Practice Team to plan, track, and share quality work in clear, respectful, everyday language, using the available digital systems.

Coordinate our audit programme (about 10–20 audits each quarter): schedule, remind, track returns, update dashboards.
Keep action plans moving: maintain action logs, chase updates, flag risks/slippage early.
Run the admin for key meetings: invites, papers, E-notes, actions, and tidy evidence packs.
Write simple updates: short reports, briefings, newsletters and slides that people can understand.
All about our Team
We're a small team with a big job, helping practice improve across Adult Social Care. We work with managers and practitioners to learn from audits, turn learning into actions, and keep evidence organised and inspection-ready, without jargon. we are governed and guided by the Principal Social Worker tasks and ethos
All about You
You are:
Highly organised, calm, and good at juggling deadlines.
A clear writer who can keep people at the centre and use ordinary language.
Confident with Excel and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot).
Careful with information (GDPR/confidentiality) and able to spot and escalate risk appropriately.
Qualified to NVQ3+ (or equivalent experience) in coordination/admin/reporting.
