We're looking for a Regional Care Trainer to join us at Lotus Home Care, to cover the Leicester area, If you’re a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator looking for the next challenge in your care career, this could be for you.

The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities:
Reporting to the training manager daily
Deliver induction training for new starters
Deliver refresher training to experienced staff
Deliver one to one specialist training
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
Train the trainer qualifications
Good knowledge with IT
Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment and in a virtual classroom
Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
