At Lotus Home Care, we don’t just deliver care — we deliver Home Care With Love. We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and motivated Care Manager to join our Doncaster branch and play a key role in supporting both our clients and our care teams.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and making sure every client receives the right care from the right person — at the right time.

About the Role
As a Care Manager, you’ll be central to the smooth running of the branch. You’ll coordinate care delivery, support care workers, and ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care that meets their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate care workers to client visits using effective rostering
Ensure continuity of care, matching carers based on skills, location, and client preferences
Manage new referrals from private clients and social services, ensuring thorough care planning
Support the Branch Manager with identifying opportunities for business growth
Ensure care workers are fully briefed on care packages, expectations, and pay rates
Maintain accurate records using IT systems and office-based tools
Communicate effectively with clients, care staff, and external professionals
You’ll Need:
3–6 months’ experience as a Care Coordinator in domiciliary care (essential)
At least 12 months’ domiciliary care experience within the last 3 years (essential)
Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and working towards Level 4 (or willingness to enrol upon appointment)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Good IT, communication, and office-based skills
Flexibility to work every other weekend and provide on-call back-up
Desirable (but not essential):
PASS and CP system knowledge
ICT system experience
Understanding of the CQC 5 Key Lines of Enquiry
