We are seeking a dedicated Waste Supervisor or Team Leader for a permanent position based in Perthshire, Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing waste management operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations. You will lead a team, implement best practices in waste reduction, and collaborate with other departments to optimise overall productivity. Your role will involve supervising daily activities, training staff, and continuously improving waste handling procedures to meet company and legislative standards.
Nightshift, Mon - Thu, 48hrs per week.
• Proven experience in waste management or supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and health & safety standards
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
