The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll be placed in an EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classroom within one of Leeds' vibrant and welcoming primary schools. Working closely alongside the class teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in helping pupils progress across a range of subjects, boosting their confidence, and fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
This is a full-time, long-term position – giving you the stability and depth of experience needed to truly make an impact and strengthen your professional profile. It is particularly well-suited to graduates considering a PGCE, or those aspiring to careers in Educational Psychology, Child Psychology, or other child-focused professions.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
We welcome applications from graduates of all disciplines. However, degrees in Education, Psychology, Early Years, Early Childhood, or the Social Sciences are particularly advantageous.
