An established, community-focused small animal practice in Stafford is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, supportive team. With a varied first-opinion caseload, modern facilities, and strong client relationships, this is an ideal role for a clinician who wants both clinical satisfaction and work-life balance.

The Practice
A highly respected, long-standing small animal practice operating across two sites in Staffordshire market towns. Known for its continuity of care and loyal client base, it offers high clinical standards and a genuinely team-focused culture.
Facilities include two theatres, full imaging suite, in-house analysers, and excellent nursing support. The practice holds multiple accreditations including Silver Cat Friendly, Silver RWAF, Dog Friendly and Investors in the Environment.
The Team
You’ll be joining a close-knit group of experienced vets, a new graduate, skilled Schedule 3 nurses, and an efficient front-of-house team. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and funded CPD are actively encouraged, with access to wider support for complex cases.
About You
• Experienced small animal vet confident with routine first-opinion work
• Keen to develop clinical skills and pursue CPD
• Team-oriented with a passion for high-quality patient care
Package
• Salary up to £65,000 DOE
• 5 weeks’ holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave
