Fleet and Office Administrator
Part time – 22.5 hours per week flexible
Colchester
£25,000 – 27,000 per annum pro rata plus competitive reward and benefit scheme

Are you a proactive and customer focused administrator? If so come and join our personable finance team and contribute to the work that we do across Sue Ryder.?
It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running you will have knowledge and experience of managing a fleet vehicle scheme.

About the role:
• Liaising with external fleet companies in relation to our current and new vehicles
• Advising insurance officer of any changes to vehicle fleet, to include driver details
• Initiate the process for vehicle renewal/reallocation in conjunction with the external car fleet company and initiate the process for hire vehicles as and when required
• Maintain the vehicle database with our insurers and the drivers log including annual license checks and coordinating driver DVLA checks
• Ensure that all drivers have necessary documentation
• Process any Notices of Intended Prosecution received from any Police/Governing Authority and communicate to all involved parties
• General office facilities administration including maintenance, post, stationery and deliveries

About You:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and organisation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Minimum Essential criteria:
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel
• Knowledge of managing fleet vehicle schemes
• 3 days in Colchester minimum
