Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Faversham, Kent
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Package (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and growing groundworks and construction contractor, working on a new residential development in Faversham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on Site Manager to take responsibility for delivering high-quality residential works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:


• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live residential development
• Managing subcontractors, labour and plant on site
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance at all times
• Coordinating with clients, engineers and senior management
• Ordering materials and managing site logistics
• Conducting site meetings and reporting progress

Requirements


• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or groundworks
• Strong understanding of site health & safety regulations
• SMSTS (essential)
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
• First Aid at Work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage programmes and deliver to deadlines
