Passionate about rehabilitation, with strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Experienced in supporting older adults with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial needs. A confident team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with stroke survivors. Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work purposes.
