About the role
We’re recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across Cambridge. This is a community-based role, so you’ll be travelling between clients.
Essential requirement
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
(Having access to your own car is strongly preferred as you’ll be travelling between visits.)
Key responsibilities.
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
Meal preparation and supporting with nutrition/hydration.
Medication support (where trained and authorised).
Companionship and emotional support.
Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, shopping).
Accurate record keeping and communication with the team.

Caring, respectful and reliable
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn (full training provided)
Right to work in the UK
