We’re looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to lead the day-shift operations at our Food Manufacturing site in Nottingham and help
raise the bar in hygiene performance.
Hygiene Shift Supervisor – Chilled Food Manufacturing
Shift Pattern: 07:30 – 16:00
Working days: Monday to Friday
Pay: Between £29,000 and £39,000 per annum experience dependent
Location: The Compleat food Group, Crossgate Drive, Nottingham, NG2 1LW

What you will be doing:
As the Hygiene Shift Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining site-wide hygiene standards, ensuring regulatory
compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. From managing training and compliance documents to collaborating
with engineering, you'll be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and audit-ready hygiene department.
* Keep all CICs and Risk Assessments up to date, accurate, and accessible
* Create and roll out new hygiene procedures for equipment and process changes
* Deliver hands-on training across all shifts in line with the department matrix
* Maintain training packs, monitor refresher timelines, and support skill growth
* Work closely with Engineering to schedule and maintain cleaning equipment
* Attend weekly planning meetings to align hygiene schedules with site activity
* Assist the Hygiene Manager with innovation and improvement projects across the site
What we need from you:
* Proven experience in a hygiene supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment
* Strong working knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and food safety standards
* Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
* Confidence in training, coaching, and performance monitoring
* Ability to manage documentation and compliance with precision and accountability
* Flexibility to support shift training and cross-functional coordination
