The Role:
You’ll work 5 days a week, but we need someone who’s available 7 days to step in during short-notice absences — and occasionally work 6 days when needed.
As a Carer Assistant, you’ll:
Be a key team member, deliver personal care, companionship, meals, medication, support, and light domestic tasks
Help clients live as independently as possible
Travel across Hereford — driving licence & access to a car required
Experience needed:
No experience needed as we will provide full training
What You’ll Get:
£13 - £13.50/hour (weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays)
Paid travel time (typically adds ~£1/hr)
45p/mile mileage reimbursement
£150 bonus after 3-month trial
