The Role:
You’ll work 5 days a week, but we need someone who’s available 7 days to step in during short-notice absences — and occasionally work 6 days when needed.
As a Senior Carer, you’ll:
Be a key team member, supporting other carers
Deliver personal care, companionship, meals, medication support, and light domestic tasks
Help clients live as independently as possible
Travel across Hereford — driving licence & access to a car required
Experience needed:
3 years in care
1 years in a senior care role
What You’ll Get:
£14 - £14.50/hour (weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays)
Paid travel time (typically adds ~£1/hr)
45p/mile mileage reimbursement
£150 bonus after 3-month trial
Free DBS (refunded in first payslip)
Full training & induction programme
Senior uniform + PPE provided
