Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Membership with the relevant professional body, such as the Royal College of Occupational Therapists or the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Experience and Skills Experience working in a Wheelchair Service, or a closely related specialist clinical area. Experience supervising, mentoring, or coaching junior staff or assistants. Good understanding of clinical governance, including audit, risk management, and contributing to staff education. Proven ability to deliver a wide range of interventions for people with complex clinical needs. Confident in using goal setting and outcome measures to support clinical decisionmaking and evaluate progress. Strong, uptodate clinical knowledge, grounded in current evidence and best practice. Awareness of resource management, including appropriate use of equipment and time. Good organisational awareness, including understanding of Health and Safety requirements. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
