We are looking for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in Staffordshire.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one behavioural and emotional support
Support pupils in managing emotions and developing coping strategies
Assist with structured learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management skills
Calm and resilient personality
Team player with a proactive attitude
