We are seeking an experienced and resilient SEMH Teacher to work within a specialist SEMH provision in Staffordshire.
You will support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, delivering engaging lessons while promoting emotional development and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
Implement behaviour management and trauma-informed strategies
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
Monitor progress and contribute to personalised support plans
Requirements:
QTS required
Experience working within SEMH or alternative provision
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
