Start Date: After Easter Holiday 2026
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive rate (dependent on experience)
We are recruiting a patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a Staffordshire school.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Assist with implementing EHCPs and behaviour support plans
Support communication and emotional regulation strategies
Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD etc.)
Calm, empathetic and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
