Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Staffordshire from April 2026.
This role involves working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
Create a structured, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and external agencies
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working within an SEN setting preferred
Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
