Summary
Are you currently looking for a flexible role supporting children?
As a Supply Teaching Assistant through Vetro, you will play a crucial role in children's education. This role includes supporting students with personal care, helping to manage their behavioural challenges and nurturing the students in the classroom.
You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support.
As a supply teaching assistant with Vetro, you will work in different schools and educational settings across Liverpool. This is a flexible role that can work around other commitments - only work on the days you choose!
The ideal supply Teaching Assistant will possess
A keen interest in working with children
Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care/education sector
Experience in a PMLD or similar environment desired but not essential
Open to training and development
Proactive work ethic
A good understanding of special educational needs
The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
A patient and understanding attitude
The ability to work as part of a team
