Nursery Assistant- TA2

Hallow Nursery is based within Hallow CE Primary School. We have the capacity to care for 26 children each day aged 2 to 4 years of age. We are increasing our capacity by extending the current facilities, with a long awaited and ambitious building project. This is an exciting time to join the team and see where this journey takes us.

We are currently seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner/Assistant to care for children aged 2 to 4 years old. The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in childcare , however a less qualified candidate with nursery experience will be considered as long as they are willing to gain Level 3 qualifications (we would support this).

Most importantly applicants must be passionate about childcare, dedicated, caring, reliable, hardworking and not afraid to change nappies!

Paediatric first aid, a DBS, safeguarding and a food safety qualification are required for this role however these qualifications can be obtained in house.

The hours are: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm

Salary based on a level 3 childcare qualification

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
