Events, Trips & Marketing Administrator
Permanent, approximately 22 hours per week (with flexibility for the right candidate), SCP Points 5—8 (£25,583.28 to £26,823.74 per annum). Term time only, plus one week during the school holidays (40 weeks) - Starting salary based on SCP Point 5 for 22 hours per week will be approximately £13,390.40 per annumWe are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Events, Trips & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will support the Events, Trips & Marketing Manager in delivering a wide range of outward-facing school events, such as Open Evenings, Open Mornings, business and careers initiatives, and other high-profile meetings. This is a varied and rewarding position, responsible for ensuring that school trips, enrichment activities and extra-curricular programmes are well-planned and run smoothly. You will also play a key role in our media, communications and marketing work, so strong communication skills and experience using social media to create positive engagement are essential. If you are energetic, enjoy working with people in an educational environment, and want to be a part of a welcoming and supportive team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
