Team Planning Coordinator £29k - £30k + generous benefits – Shipley / Bradford area
Based within our busy HR Team. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy a busy, varied role liaising with colleagues.
You will deliver accurate demand forecasts, rota templates, and scheduling optimisation that support our colleagues throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities - Build weekly and monthly demand forecasts using appointment data, sales trends, and seasonal patterns.
To be proactive and reactive when additional support / staffing is needed across the group. Provide support for staffing gaps. Filling Clinic Requirements.
Retail / clinics are supported. Create and maintain rota templates for practice team
Use Excel and workforce planning
