- Have 1 year of relevant experience (minimum)
- Are adaptable, reliable and committed
- Hold relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential if experienced)
- Thrive in a team environment and care about making a difference
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or are happy to obtain one
