- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of various learning styles, teaching methodologies, and assistive technologies

- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth
