As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be the backbone of our client's inclusive educational approach, collaborating closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support and guidance to students with a wide range of needs. Your role will be to ensure that each child receives the individualized attention and care they deserve, enabling them to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of special educational needs, coupled with a genuine passion for nurturing and empowering students. You will be a skilled communicator, capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and adept at adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and making progress
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning programs and interventions, collaborating closely with teachers to implement effective strategies
- Monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Offering emotional and behavioural support, helping students develop essential life skills and fostering their confidence and independence
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

The salary for this position ranges from £95 to £114.55 per day, reflecting the importance of this role and the valuable contribution you will make to our client's educational community.
