We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable Main Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Basildon area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience
- Average bonus of around £6,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis.
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Supportive franchise dealership environment with ongoing career development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Working experience within a Service Advisor role, ideally within a Main Dealership setting.
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
Duties of role:
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £33,000.
