We are looking for a leader who will embrace the things that make Crich Junior School special, while bringing a fresh perspective and energy to help us grow.

We are looking for someone who:

• Will invest time in getting to know our team, families and our community and can maintain and extend these excellent relationships with the wider school community.
• Will help children enjoy their learning and be the best that they can be.
• Has the ability to maintain the current inclusive ethos of the school.
• Is strong, fair, kind and approachable.
