What skills and experience we're looking for

We are now seeking to appoint an exceptional Administration Officer to join our Team. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents, professionals, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while delivering a high-quality administrative service. The successful candidate will support our Senior HR/Administration Officer and the School Business Manager, to manage key school systems, and contribute to maintaining an organised and efficient school environment.

The Role:

• Responsibility for assisting in managing the school office

• Dealing with visitors or enquiries to the school office

• Assisting in the maintenance of the various school computerised databases of pupil and staff information

• To provide administrative support to the school teachers as appropriate

• Other duties and responsibilities consistent with the grade of the post


About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Previous experience in a school setting and familiarity with administrative systems such as Arbor would be beneficial
