Crynodeb
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operators (All Roles 360,180, Ride On Roller, Telehandler, Dumper etc) to join our construction team. As a plant operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to compact and smooth out surfaces on construction sites. Your attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Operate Plant Machinery on construction sites
Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous experience operating plant machinery or other heavy machinery
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
