About the Job

Are you a highly organised, problem solver looking for an exciting challenge in a manufacturing planning environment? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that all manufacturing areas produce the right products, in the right volumes, at the right time and to the highest standards? If so, this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a Junior Production Planner to join our Head Office in Nottingham. Reporting to the Planning Manager, this vital role focuses on supporting the creation and maintenance of efficient, effective production plans to ensure that we always deliver on time and in full. You will help align production to demand and capacity, ensuring components are available in the right place at the right time, continually reinforcing the smooth flow from work order creation through to warehouse delivery.

Success in this role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience within a manufacturing planning environment or knowledge of warehouse management systems will be a distinct advantage and a working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is essential.

Most importantly, you will be proactive, collaborative and driven to deliver.

If this sounds like you, apply now.

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let's not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
