Human Resources Administrator
Permanent, approximately 20 hours per week (with flexibility for the right candidate), SCP Points 5—8 (£25,583.28 to £26,823.74 per annum). Term time only, plus two weeks during the school holidays (41 weeks) - Starting salary based on SCP Point 5 for 20 hours per week £12,475.28 per annum.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our HR team as a part-time HR Administrator. You will be working closely with two supportive colleagues in a busy and welcoming HR Office, providing essential administrative support to the HR Manager.
In this varied role, your responsibilities may include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process,
Completing key safeguarding checks, including references and DBS applications,
Keeping HR systems and databases up to date,
Supporting the team as we implement a new HR system during an exciting period of growth.

Professional and discreet, with the ability to manage confidential information
Highly organised, with strong administration and communication skills
Keen to learn and develop—ideal for someone working towards a HR qualification or looking to grow their HR experience.
