Human Resources Administrator Permanent, approximately 20 hours per week (with flexibility for the right candidate), SCP Points 5—8 (£25,583.28 to £26,823.74 per annum). Term time only, plus two weeks during the school holidays (41 weeks) - Starting salary based on SCP Point 5 for 20 hours per week £12,475.28 per annum. We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our HR team as a part-time HR Administrator. You will be working closely with two supportive colleagues in a busy and welcoming HR Office, providing essential administrative support to the HR Manager. In this varied role, your responsibilities may include: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, Completing key safeguarding checks, including references and DBS applications, Keeping HR systems and databases up to date, Supporting the team as we implement a new HR system during an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for someone who is: Professional and discreet, with the ability to manage confidential information Highly organised, with strong administration and communication skills Keen to learn and develop—ideal for someone working towards a HR qualification or looking to grow their HR experience.
