The Role

We are searching for an inspirational Housing Support worker who will work with a small cohort of individuals with varying needs such as offending history, substance misuse, mental health, learning difficulties who have been housed in temporary and independent accommodation across two locations.

You will work alongside and coordinate a number of partnership agencies to provide holistic support plans, and provide information, advice and guidance to offer individuals housed in the scheme every opportunity to maintain their accommodation.

About You

The successful candidate will have knowledge of accommodation provisions and associated services and/or experience of working with individuals with complex lives. You will have the ability to positively empower and motivate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good problem solving and analytical skills. Lastly, we are looking for an individual with experience of working as part of a team with a holistic approach to service delivery.

An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
