We currently have a Pride in East Lindsey Supervisor position available, based in Louth but covering areas throughout the East Lindsey District.
The start date for this role is 1st April.
You will be responsible for the delivery of operational supervision and monitoring of the Pride in East Lindsey team.
Your main duty is to raise the appearance of our towns, by overseeing the team responsible for tackling the more difficult cleansing tasks, plan, coordinate and monitor the tasks requested and undertaken by the team and using initiative to address new and upcoming issues.
What we need from you:
Previous experience in cleansing and grounds maintenance duties
Current full driving licence
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
The ability to work independently, use your own initiative, along with excellent team working and advisory skills.
