About the Team
You’ll work within the wider Events Fundraising team and collaborate closely with the Fundraising Events Manager, fellow Events Officers and colleagues across Fundraising Products, Community Fundraising, Supporter Care, Fulfilment and Data Operations.
The role also involves working with Marketing and Communications, the Project Management Office, volunteers, suppliers and third‑party event organisers to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
Together, the team is focused on delivering exceptional supporter journeys and maximising fundraising impact for autistic people and their families
About the Role
The Events Fundraising Officer plays a key part in delivering an exciting and growing portfolio of challenge and mass‑participation fundraising events, including major runs, third‑party challenges and bespoke charity events.
You’ll help provide exceptional supporter experiences, coordinate event logistics, and contribute to income growth, brand visibility and high‑quality fundraising delivery throughout the year.
This is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on skills across event management, supporter stewardship and end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Provide supported stewardship, delivering communications, and responding to queries
- Assist with event planning and delivery
- Maintain accurate data and support reporting and dashboards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in events, fundraising, customer service or similar supporter-facing roles
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure

This advert is for a full time position at 35 Hours per week.
