As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Rotherham Alcohol and Drug Service (provided by WithYou) provides free and confidential services, without judgement, to adults and young people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. Job Opportunity As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,000 per year. Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including: Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations. This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until March 2027. Some Saturday working may be required to meet the needs of the service.
