About the role:Working as part of a multi-skilled, experienced, motivated and creative service, you will be responsible for: Providing psychological assessment and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified Psychologist to both young people and their families/carers. Participating in the evaluation of young peoples care and treatment. Assisting in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work. Working independently according to a plan agreed with a qualified Psychologist and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. Working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team. About you: The role will involve working within a multidisciplinary team in direct clinical contact with young people and families. You will have: Excellent communication skills The ability to apply psychological knowledge and skills to working with young people with mental health difficulties A reflective, compassionate and empathic approach to working with young people with mental health difficulties and their families The ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team Your values are essential to this role; we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a lasting impact on young people, who insists on doing things with care and diligence and is able to think on their feet.
