We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to take full ownership of our strategically vital East of England Region. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be the face of our brands across a diverse mix of retail, trade, merchant, and distribution partners.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You will have the freedom to shape your territory and deliver results across the East of England. Your focus will be divided into three core pillars:
Driving Performance & Growth
- Take full accountability for turnover and profitability across all brands.
- Turn national sales strategies into winning local execution.
- Identify contract opportunities within the Developer and Specification sectors.
Relationship Excellence
- Develop trusted, value-led partnerships with retailers, merchants, and distributors.
- Act as a brand ambassador at trade events and industry forums.
- Deliver product training to build customer confidence and technical knowledge.
Strategic Execution
- Utilise structured CRM journey planning to deliver high-quality customer visits.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve shared commercial goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

- Field Experience: A proven track record in field-based sales, specifically selling into Trade and Retail customers.
- London Market Knowledge: Experience navigating a fast-paced urban territory (a full driving licence is essential).

- Mindset: A solutions-focused, proactive approach with a genuine sense of ownership over your territory.
