As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an Office Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Office Assistant, you will support the finance and administrative requirements of our small, but friendly Scotland office.
In this varied role, you will help ensure the accurate maintenance of project information and financial records. You will also help co-ordinate the planning and delivery of key projects and events, such as meetings, the ALBAS, the Royal Highland Show and careers events, ensuring they deliver a positive customer experience.
Additionally, you will:
- Help manage the inbox for the Scottland office
- Support the creation and processing of purchase orders
- Help to raise and process invoices and provide up to date payment data and reports
- Provide support for internal queries
- Support the work of the Scotland team
About You
To be considered as our Office Assistant, you will need:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Good administrative skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with a range of IT packages
- A keen willingness to learn
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
- A good eye for detail
- An HNC qualification in an appropriate area or equivalent
