Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
- Quick procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
- Pricing and managing change/variations.
- Site Meetings.
- Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
- 5 years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
- Experience as a site No.1 on a fit-out project.
- Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.
