Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Assess, investigate and respond to complaints and enquiries about Approved Driving Instructors (ADI), drafting quality replies to prevent escalation within 10 working days.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure appropriate communication methods are used.
  • Contact ADIs who fail to respond within required timeframes and seek representations when needed.
  • Redirect correspondence outside the team’s remit to appropriate departments promptly.
  • Make fair, evidence-based decisions on whether complaints require further action or should be recorded or removed from Testing and Regulation System (TARS).
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to staff engagement, support continuous improvement, and handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.
