Your new company
This organisation has a long history in the Highlands and across Scotland and is recognised for delivering safe, efficient and cost‑effective transportation and logistics services to a wide range of customers. Based in Inverness, you will be joining a collaborative and supportive team that plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and reliable transport operations across the country.

Your new role
In this fast-paced and detail-focused role, you will coordinate fuel transport operations across Scotland, ensuring deliveries are planned accurately, safely and cost effectively. You will manage day-to-day scheduling, respond quickly to operational changes and work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to maintain strong service levels. Your responsibilities will include overseeing supply chain processes, supporting purchasing decisions, managing inventory at stock-managed sites and resolving operational queries as they arise. You will also contribute to wider logistics strategies and support the team to deliver for their customers.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a transport planning role or within logistics or transport administration, or relevant transferable skills. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong problem-solving skills, a solution-driven and positive mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure. You will be commercially aware, confident using systems and technology, and capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Above all, you will thrive in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and adaptability are essential.

What you'll get in return
You will join a respected and growing organisation that values its people and invests in operational excellence. This permanent, full‑time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop your career within a high-performing team at the heart of Scotland's transport sector. You will gain vital experience and work in a collaborative and supportive team.
