Field Service Technician | Client Sites, Some WFH & regular Office Visits in Central London | Full Time | £25,000–£30,000 + Mileage & Expenses

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career with an organisation that offers exciting international travel opportunities?

Perhaps you’re a parent or caregiver seeking a role with varied shifts that can provide flexibility.

Or maybe you’re considering a career change and are eager to join a dynamic, fast-growing global operation where you can build long-term prospects.

Our client is a forward-thinking workplace technology specialist helping global organisations make smarter, data-driven decisions about their office environments, sustainability and employee wellbeing. They are open-minded about background and experience — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. While a background in technology or engineering would be advantageous, it is by no means essential. If you meet the core criteria and are motivated to contribute to a forward-thinking team, your application will be warmly welcomed and carefully considered.

What will your role look like?

• Installing and managing sensors at client sites to capture workspace data
• Supporting ongoing projects and assisting with changes in client environments
• Accurately recording and processing installation data
• Collaborating with the team to deliver project outcomes
• Participating in Monday virtual meetings and occasional London office catch-ups
• Completing training and mentoring provided by the company to develop your technical skills
• Undertaking warehouse duties and handling varied tasks, including flexible shifts to support client needs

Are you the right person for the job?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated, reliable, and has a “can-do” attitude
• Is comfortable with a physically active, varied role
• Has good basic IT literacy and the ability to handle data accurately
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Is personable, respectful, and customer-focused
• Holds a clean driving licence and current passport, and is willing to travel
• Can work varied shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends
• Is happy to undertake warehouse duties and a DBS check

What’s in it for you?

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with bonus days off over Christmas
• Requirement for international travel
• Flexible working, including some WFH
• Work with cutting-edge, market-leading technology
• Supportive team and mentoring to help you grow your career

This role is ideal for recent graduates, those seeking flexible shifts, or career changers eager to join a dynamic, fast-growing international business. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company, take on varied responsibilities, and gain exposure to a wide client base.
