Summary

Are you a Dynamic, ambitious Home Manager looking to make the next step?Ledbury Intermediate Care Unit provides short stay nursing rehabilitation for up to 14 Service Users requiring step down care following surgery or medical intervention in hospital or step up care following an illness or incident at home which requires some stabilisation or therapy input prior to returning home.The role also includes management of the Ledbury Minor Injuries Unit which provides 24/7, nurse-led care for minor injuries less than 48 hours old. To enable Service Users to control their own financial affairs, where possible, and finances monitored with up to date accurate records kept of all transactions. In the case of the Manager being the appointee for any Service User, the financial control of their affairs must be undertakenTo ensure that the culture of meaningful activities is embedded in the Service and facilitated by the entire teamEssential RequirementsQualified Nurse with a valid PINCaring and CompassionateExperience of Managing a service of a similar size and client group
