Veterinary Surgeon – Consulting Role
Worcester Park, Surrey
Up to £70,000 DOE | 4 Days per Week | 1 in 3 Saturdays

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, community-focused small animal practice in the Worcester Park area.

This role is ideally suited to a vet who enjoys consultations and client interaction, but is also keen to develop into a position that includes performing procedures on-site as the branch continues to grow.

The Role

Initially, this will be a predominantly consult-only position, allowing you to focus on case work-ups, preventative healthcare and building strong client relationships. The practice has clear plans to expand procedural capacity within the branch and is seeking a vet who would like to step into that evolving role.

You will be part of a supportive wider veterinary group, benefiting from collaboration with experienced colleagues and access to a larger hospital site for additional support when needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a practice’s progression and wants to help shape how services develop locally.

Working Pattern

4 days per week
9am–7pm shifts
1 in 3 Saturdays
No OOHas

The Package

Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
Supportive, collaborative working environment
Opportunity to grow procedural caseload within branch
Back-up from wider hospital team

About You

Confident in routine consultations and case management
Keen to develop procedural work within a growing branch
Strong communicator who values continuity of care
Proactive, organised and motivated
Ideally available to start soon

If you are looking for a progressive role where you can influence the clinical direction of a developing site while being supported by a wider group structure, we would love to hear from you.
